TPU material has excellent flexibility, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, and cut resistance, and is strong and durable. TPU fibers have high hardness and good recovery, making them ideal for applications such as insoles and other applications.

note:

  1. It is recommended to pre-cure the filament at 55°C for at least 4 hours for best results and it is recommended to use it with an eBOX during printing.

  2. It is recommended to use a direct drive dual-wheel extruder designed for flexible materials, as TPU-95A is often difficult to print with a bowden extruder. If a bowden extruder is required, the print speed should be reduced to approximately 20 mm/s or less.

  3. The nozzle may accumulate dirt after continuous use. It is recommended to use a cleaning filament and, if necessary, replace the nozzle or throat.
