Description
Hard Touch
Hard Touch Resin is a resin with high physical strength and high toughness similar to ABS Filament. Parts produced with Hard Touch Resin, such as gears, can withstand high impact and high-strength mechanical pressures. In addition, Hard Touch Resin can be used with a drill to make holes without breaking.
strength
1. High impact strength;
2. Higher shock resistance than normal resin;
3. Rigid resin, excellent mechanical properties such as hardness, tensile and bending;
4. High surface hardness and wear resistance.
Before use: Shake the liquid resin first, clean the resin tank and molding platform, please wear gloves and stay in a ventilated environment.
During use: Unscrew the cap and pour the resin into the resin tank. Set various settings for printing.
After use: Use the appropriate tools for post-production, such as diagonal pliers, blades, gloves, etc.
Post-printing process: Remove the model from the printing platform with a blade, immerse it in cleaning solution for washing, or wash it with sonication for 1 minute, then immerse it in distilled water evenly, then dry it in sunlight or irradiate it with LED light, place the model in a 50 degree oven for 20 minutes, then let it cool down to room temperature, then take it to various steps such as polishing.
Precautions
1. Store the sealed resin at room temperature and avoid exposure to sunlight or high temperatures.
2. The recommended temperature for printing is 18-35°C. Low temperature may affect the printing effect of the workpiece. The resin can be properly preheated before use, but not exceeding 60°C.
3. Resin may precipitate after use or shaking.
4. To achieve the best performance, the material must control the intensity and time of the light source.
(1) The intensity of the LED light source is 5-10mW/m2, and the duration is not more than 1 hour (manual control).
(2) Sun exposure time (summer) approximately 1 hour.
(3) Do not stay close to or expose to strong light sources for a long time, such as high-pressure mercury lamps.
