Fast and stable
The Anycubic Photon Mono 4 Ultra uses the latest ACF film combined with the Intelligent Release Algorithm, which can increase the maximum print speed up to 120mm/h. The ACF film reduces the frosted texture to increase light penetration, making the tracing process smoother while maintaining excellent print accuracy.
10K high resolution
The Photon Mono 4 Ultra delivers up to 105% higher print accuracy than the Mono 2 with a 7-inch, 10K (9024x5120) resolution screen, with each pixel measuring just 17x17μm on the XY axis. It uses an 8mm diameter T-screw shaft and high-precision guide rails, enabling the creation of models with exceptionally detailed and realistic dimensions.
Advanced COB light source
The COB light source system combined with Fresnel lens can control the light angle within 3° to prevent light scattering on the 7-inch 10K monochrome screen. By using Light Uniformity Algorithm, it can achieve light uniformity up to ≥90%, reduce the size error of each printing layer, and achieve consistent printing accuracy.
Complete intelligent detection system
The Photon Mono 4 resin printer comes with five intelligent inspection systems: Printer Auto-Inspection, Resin Residue Detection, Resin Remaining Quantity Detection, Failure Detection, and Intelligent Lifespan Management, which reduce operational errors and improve printing efficiency.
