Standard Resin V2 8K Anycubic

Description

High strength and high toughness.

Building upon Anycubic's classic standard resin, the Anycubic V2 standard resin boasts enhanced toughness, with an elongation at break increased by up to 93%. The result is a component that is impact-resistant, strong, fracture-resistant, and retains an optimal level of flexibility.

The odor is reduced.

By upgrading the resin formula, the resin odor has been significantly reduced, creating a more comfortable printing environment for users.

High resolution with minimal shrinkage.

With even lower shrinkage rates, the risk of distortion is reduced, allowing for maximum accuracy and displaying sharp, vibrant details in your prints.

Versatile applications with a high printing success rate.

As an entry-level resin, Anycubic Standard Resin V2 boasts a high printing success rate, making it suitable for printing high-strength and tough components such as industrial parts, components, tools, architectural models, prototype proofing, and figure designs.

Instructions for use

(1) Before use:
Shake the resin vial well before use. Clean the resin tank and molding platform to ensure the bottom of the resin tank is in good condition for light transmission.

(2) During use:
Open the bottle and pour the appropriate amount of resin into the resin tank according to your printer's specifications. Then select the correct printing parameters and settings according to your printer type.

(3) After use:
After printing is complete, please use appropriate tools for post-processing, including knives, diagonal cutting pliers, tweezers, containers, gloves, and cleaning solutions such as ethanol (≥95%), lactate, or isopropyl alcohol.

(4) Post-processing steps:
A. Carefully use a knife to separate the finished printed piece from the printing press.
B. Immerse the workpiece in the cleaning solution and rinse thoroughly, or use an ultrasonic cleaner. Then, drain the water. For better results, we recommend using the ANYCUBIC Wash and Cure machine.
C. Perform additional steps as appropriate, such as support removal, polishing, coloring, etc.

Caution

  • The ideal storage environment for uncured resin is in a cool, dark place at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight and high heat.

  • The recommended operating temperature is 18–35°C. Temperatures that are too low may affect print quality, so the resin can be slightly warmed before use (not exceeding 60°C ).

  • If pigment settling is observed in the resin, it can still be used after stirring or shaking to mix thoroughly.

  • To preserve the properties of the resin, the workpiece should be removed from the cleaning solution as soon as possible after washing to avoid prolonged immersion.

  • To achieve optimal mechanical properties , post-curing should be performed as soon as possible after washing and drying.

  • To achieve optimal material performance, the intensity and duration of light irradiation after curing should be controlled. The following recommendations apply:

    (1) The light intensity from a mercury lamp or LED light source should be 5–10 mW/m² and the duration should not exceed 1 hour (can be adjusted as appropriate).
    (2) Sunlight drying in summer takes about 1 hour.
    (3) Do not place the workpiece near or in contact with a high-intensity light source for a long time, such as a high-pressure mercury lamp.
    (4) It is recommended to print in a dimly lit room or close the lid of the printer while printing because the resin is a photosensitive material.

Note (PS):
Material properties may vary depending on the printing equipment, light curing methods, and testing equipment used.
