High-quality flexible plastic filament for smooth and durable prints.

Elevate your 3D printing with eSUN eFlex TPU-87A, a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament designed for exceptional flexibility. With a Shore 87A hardness, it's softer than typical TPU-95A while maintaining strength and being easier to print than other TPE materials.

  • Printing temperature: 220 – 250 °C (240 °C recommended)

  • Bed temperature: No heating required, or 45–60 °C.

  • Printing speed: 20 – 50 mm/s

  • Density: 1.12 g/cm³

Further instructions:

    1. Printer: For best results, we recommend using a printer with a Direct Drive filament drive system.

    2. Storage: Because TPU is easily hygroscopic, it is recommended to dry the filament at 55°C for approximately 4 hours before printing to reduce air bubbles and stringing.

    3. Speed: Print at a speed lower than normal to ensure consistent line flow.
