Description
TPU64D has been improved with a special modification method to reduce the material's molding temperature and achieve better plasticization at low temperatures while improving surface smoothness. It also provides more stable production lines. The higher hardness and lower printing temperature make the TPU less malleable, so there's no need to worry about the material being too soft and difficult to feed into the machine. It also greatly improves printability, making it compatible with a wide range of printers and better able to print complex parts. In addition, the strength of the printed parts has also been improved.

note
-
TPU material has the property of easily absorbing moisture when exposed to air. After absorbing moisture, printing may cause stringing, air bubbles during printing, and the surface of the workpiece will be rough, which will reduce the print quality. It is recommended to put the material in a drying box (control humidity not more than 15%) immediately after opening the package, and unused materials should be sealed tightly.
-
If the material is moist, more lines and air bubbles will be drawn out, resulting in a rough surface quality. The material should be baked in an oven at 60–80°C for 4–8 hours.

High rigidity TPU can be used with Bowden extruders, but to increase the success rate, it is best to use a printer with a short filament extrusion system (Direct Drive Extruder).
