Product Warranty Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible user experience, with transparent, reliable, and highest standard after-sales service. The warranty terms and conditions are as follows:


1. Warranty according to the manufacturer's brand standards

We process all claims under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's brand directly, using 100% genuine factory parts.
Customers can therefore be assured that their devices will be maintained to international standards and will not be unfairly denied warranty coverage.


2. Free labor during the warranty period.

During the warranty period, if damage is found that falls under the warranty conditions
We will not charge for labor for repairs or replacement parts. Customers only pay for parts in cases outside of these conditions.


3. Spare parts are available and ordered directly from the brand.

We stock common parts for popular models to provide fast service.
If it is a specialized spare part that needs to be imported, we can order it directly from the brand, which takes approximately 7-14 business days.


4. The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the product.

Starting from the day the customer receives the product via the shipping system, so that the customer receives the warranty period according to the specified period.


5. Conditions not covered by the warranty

The warranty will be terminated in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper use, such as incorrect installation, using inappropriate printing materials, or modifying the device yourself.

  • Damage caused by accidents, power surges, water intrusion, or natural disasters

  • Damage caused by repairs or modifications by third parties other than our service center

  • Normal wear and tear of materials such as FEP Film, Nozzle, PTFE Tube, Build Plate coating, etc.


6. Post-repair warranty

Replacement parts or components are warranted for an additional 30 days from the date of return.


7. How to report a claim and receive service

Customers can contact the after-sales service department via Line / Facebook.
By informing the machine model, serial number, and details of the symptoms found.
Our service team will contact you within 2-3 business days to conduct an investigation and provide initial advice.


8. Additional services (additional as you wish)

  • Online Help : There are staff available to provide free consultations on usage or general problems throughout the service life.

  • Post-warranty repair program : There are clear service rates and only genuine parts are used.

  • The warranty period depends on the model of the machine and is specified in the warranty card.

  • This warranty is only applicable to products purchased directly from our store.
