Standard Pro Resin is a versatile resin that emphasizes ease of use, providing sharp details, smooth surfaces, low shrinkage, and fast curing. It is suitable for general prototyping, art and design projects, and hobby models.
In resin 3D printing, many users seek materials that are easy to use, require minimal complex settings, yet still deliver high-quality results. Standard Pro Resin is designed to meet this specific need. As a toughened resin formula, it offers a balance between ease of printing, precision, and low shrinkage, making it suitable for both beginners and those who need a versatile material for a variety of applications.
Prints made from Standard Pro Resin exhibit good tensile strength, improved elongation, and toughness compared to standard resins. The finished surface is highly smooth, reducing the need for post-printing sanding, and it cures quickly, making both the printing and post-processing steps more efficient.
With its balance of ease of use and print quality, Standard Pro Resin is suitable for a wide range of applications, including:
Standard Pro Resin is compatible with LCD, SLA, and DLP 3D printers that use light in the 385-405 nm wavelength range, covering most popular resin printers on the market.
For a layer height of 0.05 mm, it is recommended to set the bottom layer count to 5-10 layers. The bottom exposure time for monochrome LCD screens is approximately 20-60 seconds, and for RGB LCD screens, it is about 30-80 seconds. The normal exposure time for monochrome LCD is 1.5-3 seconds, and for RGB LCD, it is 4-15 seconds. These recommended values are merely starting points; individual printer models may require further calibration for optimal results.
After printing, wash the part with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) for approximately 6 minutes. It is recommended to use an ultrasonic cleaner for thorough cleaning and avoid soaking for longer than the recommended time. Then proceed to the curing step. If you only want to reduce the surface tackiness of the part, curing without heat for about 5 minutes is sufficient.
Standard Pro Resin is available in various shades, including gray and neutral tones, with each shade suitable for different applications. Especially the neutral gray tones help to clearly see fine details of the part and provide an ideal surface for painting in subsequent steps.
Standard Pro Resin is the answer for those looking for a versatile resin that is easy to use, provides sharp details, smooth surfaces, and low shrinkage. Whether for general prototyping, art and design, or hobby models, with its lower odor, fast curing, and comprehensive balance of mechanical properties, Standard Pro Resin is a cost-effective choice for both beginners and experienced resin printers.
