Product Description
TPU material has excellent flexibility, tear resistance, wear resistance, and cut resistance. It is strong and durable. TPU fibers have high stiffness and good shape retention, making it suitable for applications such as shoe insoles and other uses.

note:

  1. For best results, it is recommended to preheat the filament at 55°C for at least 4 hours before printing. Using the eBOX during printing is also recommended.

  2. We recommend using a direct drive nozzle designed for flexible materials, as TPU-95A is often difficult to print with a Bowden type printer. If a Bowden printer is necessary, the printing speed should be reduced to approximately 20 mm/sec or less.

  3. Dirt may accumulate in the nozzle after continuous use. We recommend using cleaning filament, and if necessary, replace the nozzle or throat.
