eSUN PA12+CF is a high-quality nylon (PA12) filament developed in-house by eSUN. It incorporates 15% carbon fiber to significantly enhance strength, rigidity, and toughness. Designed for manufacturing highly durable components, it can potentially replace metal parts in various industries.

Key distinguishing features of the PA12+CF (compared to the standard model):

  1. Superior printing performance: Improved printing speed and the ability to print immediately after opening the vacuum-sealed package (but heating is recommended for best results).

  2. Enhanced Toughness: The part has increased inherent flexibility and is less brittle than typical carbon fiber materials.

  3. Very low moisture absorption: This ensures high dimensional stability of the workpiece, preventing swelling or deformation when exposed to moisture or temperature changes.

  • High heat resistance: Supports continuous operation at 120°C and short-term heat resistance up to 160°C.
