eSmooth Nature eSun filament

Description

eSmooth Nature eSun filament

Description

1. Translucent, white
2. Non-toxic, tough, strong, difficult to break, good temperature resistance and creep resistance
3. Low shrinkage, accurate printing, no warping, no stringing or bubbles
4. Easily absorbs moisture. The filament should not be moist before printing. Can use ethanol with purity greater than 99.7% and spray polish.
5. Environmentally friendly and stable. Becomes brighter after polishing. Complete decomposition with no carbonation residue and no residue at 600℃. Can be used for metal casting.

Printing Parameters

  • Best print temperature: 190-210°C
  • Bed temperature: 45-55°C
  • Feed rate: 30-90mm/s
  • Idling speed: 90-150mm/s

Printing Precautions

  • Level the print bed before starting to print.
  • Preheat the print bed to 45-55°C before printing. Apply clear gold heat-resistant polyimide tape to the surface and keep it clean.
  • Maintain an appropriate distance between the nozzle and the print bed (if too far, the filament will be too soft; if too close, the filament will be difficult to extrude).
  • Set a low Infill (approximately 20-30%) to improve the detail of printed parts.
  • The nozzle size should be larger than the layer thickness. Try values of 0.2, 0.25, or 0.3.
  • No need to print in an enclosed area.

Polishing Steps

During polishing: Suspend the workpiece in the air to allow it to be thoroughly exposed to ethanol vapor. The total time is approximately 20-30 minutes.

After polishing: The workpiece will turn off-white and soften normally. Use tweezers or gripping tools to air dry. Do not touch with bare hands.

For best polishing results, air dry for 3-5 days to allow all surface solvent to evaporate and form a hard outer layer. Do not oven bake, as this will cause the solvent to evaporate too quickly and ruin the polishing results.
