eSUN ePAHT-CF — High-Heat Resistant Nylon Carbon Fiber Filament for Engineering Applications

eSUN ePAHT-CF (ePA6+CF) is a carbon fiber reinforced PA6 nylon filament for advanced engineering applications, developed jointly by eSUN and LUVOCOM. It combines 15% Carbon Fiber with high-quality PA6, offering three times the strength, heat resistance, and dimensional stability compared to general nylon. It is ideal for parts that need to withstand harsh conditions.

⚠️ Important Notes Before Printing

  • ePAHT-CF has high moisture absorption. It must be dried before printing at 70°C for 12 hours.
  • Recommended to use with a Dry Box (eBOX) during printing.
  • Hardened Steel Nozzle or Ruby Nozzle only (Carbon Fiber will abrade brass nozzles).
  • Requires an enclosed printer (All-Metal Hotend).
