eSUN ePA (Nylon) Filament – High-Strength Nylon Plastic Filament
eSUN ePA, developed from Nylon 6/66 Copolymer for 3D printers, is designed for printing engineering parts that require high durability. It offers excellent toughness, up to 175% flexibility, and outstanding wear resistance. It is suitable for mechanical parts, gears, or prototype parts that need to withstand impact.

⚠️ Important Tips:
Moisture: Nylon is very hygroscopic (absorbs moisture easily). Always dry the filament thoroughly before printing at 70°C for more than 12 hours. It is recommended to use it with a filament dryer box, such as the eSUN eBOX, to prevent bubbles and uneven surfaces.
Adhesion: Nylon often does not stick to bare glass beds. It is necessary to apply an adhesive to help with adhesion and prevent the print from detaching or warping.
