Glass fiber reinforced PLA filament is developed from PLA, with 16% glass fiber added, which significantly increases its strength and impact resistance compared to standard PLA.
ePLA-GF has a high Bending Modulus of up to 4400 MPa, making it very stiff and resistant to warping.

Precautions

ePLA-GF is very stiff and not easily bent. Avoid excessive bending of the filament in the feeding pipeline.

ePLA-GF can easily wear down nozzles and feeding gears. A hardened steel nozzle or ruby nozzle should be used if possible. A hardened steel feeding gear should also be used. If printing for a long time and clogging occurs, the throat and nozzle should be replaced.
- The cooling fan can be partially turned off to increase the model's strength.
